We do our best to keep all items available and in stock, however that is not always possible.  If an order is received for an item that is currently out of stock, we will order the item from the manufacturer and ship your order once all items are in stock.  If you need your order expedited please choose UPS Over Night, UPS 2 Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select as your method of shipping. 

**Please be aware that the method of shipping you choose determines the transit time of the merchandise once it has been shipped.  It in no way guarantees that all items are in stock.

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight of the item(s), method of shipping and destination.

All orders are subject to verification.

UPS Ground is our standard shipping method in the United States. We also offer shipping via UPS Over Night, UPS 2 Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select. 

Merchandise is shipped Monday – Friday excluding holidays.  All orders placed after 3pm ET will be processed the next business day.  All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

For all countries except U.S. and Canada
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Warped Toys does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

To cut down on unauthorized charges all orders will be shipped to the billing address that is verified for the credit card. If you would like to have your order shipped to an alternate address you may (1) provide us with a faxed copy of your credit card (front & back), a copy of your drivers license and your signature or (2) provide us with the information to contact your credit card company so that we may verify that the address provided to us, by you, is an authorized shipping address.
